Hawzah News Agency- Hojatoleslam Mohammad Hossein Mokhtari, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Vatican, wrote in a note titled "Targeting Human Dignity":
In these days, when the world is once again witnessing the widespread use of military force in the region, two images from southern Iran must not be erased from the memory of global public opinion: the image of schoolgirls martyred in the American attack on a school in Minab, and the image of families in the city of Sirik whose wedding ceremony was turned into a scene of grief and sorrow.
These two attacks, despite all their apparent differences, share one common truth: when military aggression crosses human and legal boundaries, the first casualty is human dignity. The military attack by the United States of America against Iran, from the perspective of the Islamic Republic, is a blatant violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of an independent nation — an act whose legal and humanitarian nature cannot be erased by resorting to political rhetoric, media narratives, or military justifications.
